A luxurious Resort and Maya Spa, located by the beautiful turquoise sea of Tulum, in the Mexican Caribbean. With an organic architecture, inspired and minding the natural environment of its surroundings, it´s a perfect place to reconnect with the essentials.
Growing the direct sales through the website in order to avoid the OTA´s commissions. At the same time, we had to improve the awareness of the hotel as a luxury and eco-friendly resort for the US and Canada travelers.
We implemented a digital marketing strategy to get more leads and improve the performance of the money spent on campaigns. We used this claim to communicate their eco-friendly vision and build the brand around the spiritual concept of reconnection at all levels.
We designed and developed a new website for the hotel, which not only showed the incredible location of the resort, but also incorporated a whole new booking engine which improved the user´s experience.

The different social media profiles were set up to start creating and promoting attractive content. Soon, the engagement and visibility levels had boosted for all specific segments of our target.
We also set up a CRM tool for the client, so that they could manage all their contacts and leads in organized and segmented lists.
During the first month of activity: More than 80,000 page views, more than 6,000 followers in Facebook and Twitter, the direct sales increased 4 times versus the same period of the previous year and the revenue reached $100,000.
